Officials at Highway District 12 in Pikeville are applauding the House of Representatives for passing House Bill 202, which details the Two-Year Road Plan.  Many people throughout eastern Kentucky who have had trouble with bridges will be happy once the measure passes the Senate and is signed by the Governor because many of those projects made the list.  EKB News reporter Shannon Deskins has the details.
