Floyd County, Ky.–There is a wealth of talented singer/songwriters embedded in these mountains. It’s easy to recognize when you take a look up and down the Country Music Highway and see names like Loretta Lynn, Dwight Yoakam and Chris Stapleton. Another talented product of this region made his way home to the mountains over the weekend to a sold out crowd at the Mountain Arts Center in Prestonsburg. EKB’s Shawn Allen and videographer Ronnie Hylton was there for the show and brings us this report.
