Paintsville, KY — The victim of a death investigation in Johnson County has now been identified. According to authorities, the victim is 29-year-old Herbert Blevins of Paintsville. According to Kentucky State Police at the Pikeville Post, Blevins body was found in a pond on the Paintsville golf course. No cause of death has been determined at this time, as authorities await the results of an autopsy report from the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Frankfort.
