Prestonsburg, Ky.–In March EKB News brought you the story of a lease agreement between the Kentucky State Parks and the City of Prestonsburg to take over around three-hundred acres of Jenny Wiley State Resort Park and develop it for new attractions and the revitalization of old ones.
