Floyd County, KY — Kentucky State Police, Post 9 Pikeville investigating a fatal traffic crash. According to authorities, the crash occurred Saturday evening around 8:30 pm in the Dry Branch area of Little Mud Creek and involved a motorcycle and a motor vehicle. Troopers conducting a preliminary investigation determined a 12-year-old boy Identified as Dylan Tyler Mullins, was operating a dirt bike on the highway when the collision occurred. Mullins was pronounced deceased at the scene. No charges have been filed at this time. Toxicology tests are pending.
