PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Martin County man has been sentenced to 60 years in prison for federal child porn charges.

Back in April, Donald York, 60, of Beauty, was found guilty by a jury of four counts of producing child porn and two counts of distributing it.

Witnesses at trial testified that York coerced a 15-year-old girl in his care to engage in sexually explicit conduct so that he could record it and upload the images to a pornographic website.

In the unlikely event that he is ever released from prison, he will be under supervision of the U.S. Probation Office for life.
