PRESTONSBURG, Ky. — Kentucky State Police is looking for a man who went missing 10 days ago, and they are asking the public for help.

Michael Fogleman, 26, of Virgie, was last seen Nov. 12 in Prestonsburg. He is described as standing 6 feet tall and 188 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.
