ELKHORN CITY, Ky. –  We are less than a week from Christmas, and stores across the region are full of last minute shoppers looking for the perfect gift.  But, one Pike County woman is speaking out to spread the word about giving the gift of life.  One year ago, Velina Stacy celebrated Christmas from a Louisville hospital bed after receiving a life saving kidney transplant.  This year, she is sharing her story, with the hopes of inspiring others to consider organ donation.  Shannon Deskins brings us her story.
