Advocate: Work stoppage would hurt teachers, students, benefit governor

The questions remains about whether Kentucky’s educators could eventually take part in an extended work stoppage. But one outspoken educator and teacher advocate says such a work stoppage would ultimately harm those who can least afford it. EKB News Reporter Chris Anderson has the story.
