PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Pike County man charged with producing and possessing child pornography now faces an additional count of cyberstalking.

Robert Preston, 39, of Shelbiana, was arrested in October 2020 on a charge that he coerced a minor to engage in and record sexually explicit conduct over a period of 11 months in 2016 and 2017. He was later charged with having child pornography of a minor younger than 12 in his possession.

Now he is also charged with using Snapchat to harass an intimidate a person in 2019.

Preston has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

His trial is now set for April 25.
