PAINTSVILLE, Ky. — A Johnson County couple faces child endangerment charges, after a social worker reported drugs in their home.

Paintsville Police officers went to the home on Ponderosa Drive, where they found meth in a pipe, then found more meth, along with marijuana and drug paraphernalia, in plain view.

A small child was also in the home.

The parents — 30-year-old David Spaulding and 30-year-old Rachel Smith — were arrested.

In addition to child endangerment, each is also charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
