Kimper, Ky.-Kentucky State Police is investigating a fatal collision that occurred early Saturday morning on Route 194 at Kimper. Investigating officers have determined a pickup truck operated by Nathan Harris was traveling west on Route 194. The pickup truck entered the eastbound lane and struck a mini-van being operated by Monaca Miles. Miles was pronounced dead at the scene. Harris was transported to Pikeville Medical Center for treatment of injuries. The incident remains under investigation.
