Paintsville, KY — Paintsville Police arrested a man near the City Park with what is believed to be crystal meth. According to a statement, Officers Jeremy Shepherd and Zach Stapleton arrested Jeffery Osborne of Paintsville near the city park on 8th street behind the baseball field. After an investigation, Officers discovered Osborne had a bench warrant and was arrested. During a search, Officers found 4.5 grams of crystal meth in his pocket. Osborne was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1 degree and was lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
