Louisa, KY. — Drug Intervention Co-operative Enforcement Officers arrested two people Saturday for various drug charges. DICE officers arrested 42-year-old Everett Spurlock of Wakefield and 32-year-old Natasha Alley of Kermit during a disturbance investigation in front of D & J Tobacco. During the investigation, Officers discovered Spurlock had a warrant and he was arrested for it. Officers then discovered Spurlock to be in possession of Suboxone, Neurontin, Meth along with drug paraphernalia associated with drug trafficking. Alley was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia containing crystal meth.
