A group consisting of law enforcement officials, prosecutors, judges and victim advocates gathered Tuesday at the Mountain Arts Center to watch a documentary on the problem of untested rape kits across the country.  Representatives from the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office said thanks to hard work and a push from Attorney General Beshear, Kentucky is now caught up on the backlog that once existed.
