PRESTONSBURG, Ky. — A man being arrested for DUI found himself facing more trouble, after he allegedly assaulted a police officer in an attempt to get away.

Thomas Starks, 36, of Louisville, had been pulled over after a Prestonsburg police officer noticed him having trouble keeping his car on the road. After the officer noticed signs consistent with intoxication, he tried to arrest him for DUI.
