PIKEVILLE, Ky. — Three women have been indicted on felony charges, while two men face misdemeanor charges, in connection with an attack captured on security video back in April.

The incident happened April 4, and the video appears to show a group of people getting out of a pickup truck and assaulting Jerry Lee Coleman and Pamela Coleman. At the time, police said the incident appeared to be the latest round in an ongoing dispute between neighbors.

A Pike County grand jury indicted Teresa Taylor, 52; Amber Chaney, 29; and Briteny Johnson, 31, all of Pikeville, on a charge of complicity to second-degree assault.

Joshua Chaney, 32, was charged at the time with a misdemeanor count of fourth-degree assault. He is scheduled to go on trial next week.

David Taylor, 46, was named in a misdemeanor indictment charging him with fourth-degree assault. He was shot in the incident.

No charges have been filed against the Colemans.
