In just a few short weeks, what was once part of a Pikeville restaurant will soon be reopened as a place where people can get a hot meal six days a week, absolutely FREE.  EKB News Reporter Shannon Deskins paid a visit to what will soon be the East Kentucky Dream Center and brings us this report.
