LICK CREEK, Ky. — A Pike County juvenile is behind bars after making a threat to another classmate. According to Kentucky State Police, a student at East Ridge High School was arrested at school after punching another student. Police say, after an investigation was conducted, troopers found evidence of the student threatening the other student through an electronic device before the fight occurred. The juvenile, whose name is being withheld, was taken to the Breathitt County Juvenile Detention Center. The student was charged with fourth-degree assault and terroristic threatening.
