ELKHORN CITY, Ky. — A Pike County woman is charged with burglary and purse-snatching, after the victim claims she stole her purse from her home, twice.

Tiffany Parsons, 25, of Lookout, is being held in the Pike County Detention Center on charges of third-degree burglary and purse-snatching.
In the arrest warrant, the alleged victim in the case claims Parsons visited her home with her boyfriend, despite having been told to stay away following a previous alleged purse theft. The victim goes on to claim the boyfriend distracted her while Parsons made off with a purse carrying $2,200.
The victim also claims Parsons did the exact same thing back in October, only that time the purse contained $3,000.
If Parsons makes bond, she has been ordered to be held in home confinement.
