Knott County, Ky: A Knott County woman is dead, following a single-car crash at Pine Top. Kentucky State Police say 31-year-old Christopher Williams, of Kite, was traveling along Route 582, when he lost control of his car, went off the road and overturned in a creek. A passenger in his vehicle — 38-year-old Julie Hall, of Kite — was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene. Williams was treated for minor injuries at the scene. An infant in a car seat was not injured. The incident remains under investigation.
