JAMBOREE, Ky. – Kentucky State Police Pikeville Post is conducting a death investigation after a body was found Nov. 1 at Jamboree.

Investigators with Kentucky State Police responded to the area. The initial investigation indicated a person was located along a utility road near Route 194 East. The body was sent to the State Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy and identification. The cause of death is under investigation, but police say foul play is suspected.
