TOMAHAWK, Ky. — Four Martin County residents went to jail Wednesday night, after a deputy serving warrants spotted evidence of drug activity.
The deputy was serving warrants at a home on Wooten Branch, at Tomahawk, when she noticed drug paraphernalia in plain view. After obtaining a search warrant, the deputy returned to find about 20 grams of meth, along with needles, pipes and scales.
Arrested were 58-year-old Carl Daniels Sr., 35-year-old Carl Daniels Jr., 30-year-old Matthew Daniels and 35-year-old Stephanie Howell. All four were charged with meth trafficking and possession of drug paraphernalia.
