GARRETT, Ky. — Floyd County Constable Gary Nelson made a traffic stop in Garrett early Tuesday morning that ended up sending four people to jail.
With assistance from the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office, the officers determined that one of the men, James Pratt of Louisville, was wanted on an outstanding warrant.
From there, the officers searched the car, turning up 14 grams of meth, a set of scales and a gun. James Pratt was arrested, along with Bryan Pratt, of Pine Top; Kenneth Slone, of Topmost; and Keisha Sexton, of Deane.
All four are charged with drug trafficking and possession of drug paraphernalia.
