Paintsville, KY — The Big Sandy Area Community Action Program is currently giving vouchers to purchase seeds, plants and fertilizer from local vendors to build a garden at home. Eligible households receive $40.00 vouchers for the Garden Seed Program. To be eligible you must meet the income eligibility guidelines, provide proof of income, provide social security numbers and bring a utility bill to verify address.
