Johnson Central (16-2) maintained the top spot in the latest Mountain Top Sports boys’ Super 7 basketball poll released on Tuesday.

The Golden Eagles are followed by Shelby Valley (15-6). The Wildcats are just ahead of Paintsville (10-8) which occupies the No. 3 spot.

Belfry (13-9) is fourth, followed by Pikeville (12-10).

Rounding out the poll are East Ridge (13-8) at No. 6 while Betsy Layne (10-7) and Pike Central (14-8) are tied for seventh.
