HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL: Bulldogs fall to Rams in OT thriller

Raceland blocked Lawrence County’s extra point kick in overtime and the Rams scored and booted the game-winning point to hand the Bulldogs a heartbreaking 21-20 loss at Rams Stadium on Friday night.

Running backs Douglas Hall, Dylan Ferguson, and Blue Fletcher each had a rushing touchdown.

Hall put Lawrence County up 7-0 in the opening period and Fletcher’s 21-yard fourth-quarter score sent the game to overtime.

Ferguson ran 10 yards to give the Bulldogs a 20-14 lead.
