Johnson County, KY — The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office is looking for 23-year-old Phillip Cody Parsons who is an escapee from Louisville, Kentucky. Authorities say Parsons is approximately 6’2 and weighs approximately 210 pounds, has brown hair, grey eyes and multiple tattoos. He is believed to be enroute to Staffordsville, Kentucky.
