Judi’s Place For Kids has always been an organization in helping protect and treat kids who have suffered from child abuse. On April 11th, they will be having their 13th annual “Run With Courage” 5k race to raise money to benefit and assist children who have been affected by abuse.
Executive Director Laura Kretzer says that they will also be having a t-shirt design contest that students can participate in to decide what they will be printing on their shirts this year.
The rules for the design include:
- Original design, no copyrighted material is permitted
- Computers may be utilized in creating the design
- Winning artwork might be modified to fit on a t-shirt
- Contest winners will receive $50 and shirts for their family
- Deadline to submit is January 17th

The registration fee for the race will be $25; $20 for groups of 5 or more and you can pre-register by going to runsignup.com and look for “Run With Courage”.
