PRESTONSBURG, KY.-Kent Rose was known around the country as the “Arm Drop Guy”. But he was also known for his passion in helping less fortunate children of this area. When he was alive he found ways to put smiles on the faces of countless children and now some of those children may have the opportunity to attend college through his foundation.  EKB News Reporter Shawn Allen explains.
