This winter’s bitterly cold temperatures have, no doubt, brought about increased costs to homeowners through heating bills and frozen water lines.  This morning, Kentucky Power officials were in Paintsville making a sizeable donation to an organization that helps the elderly and low income families through tough times.  EKB News reporter Shannon Deskins was at the check presentation and brings us this report.
