One week ago, the Hillbilly Days festival in Pikeville was just getting started.  But, now that we have had a few days to let everything settle down, EKB News reporter talked with officials with the Southeast Kentucky Chamber of Commerce to see how things went.  And, it is no surprise that it was seen as one of the best yet.
