Prestonsburg, Ky.–Family members of  Famer Halbert, who was murdered in 2013, came to the Floyd County Courthouse today for closure as the two responsible in his murder were set to be sentenced. The family did not get the closure they were looking for. EKB’s Shawn Allen explains.
