Louisville woman pleads guilty in Pike, Clark meth case

PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Louisville woman has pleaded guilty to a federal conspiracy charge related to meth trafficking in Pike and Clark counties.

Bethany Sutton, 41, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute meth. In her plea agreement, she confessed to obtaining a source for meth in Louisville and then delivering the meth to Pike County to be distributed. She further admitted to buying 2 lbs. of meth in Clark County on Sept. 23.

On Oct. 15, she was pulled over in Clark County, and police found 10 pounds of meth in her car.

She now faces between 10 years and life in prison when she is sentenced June 16.
