SALYERSVILLE, Ky. — A Magoffin County man has been indicted in federal court on child pornography charges.
David Keith Jackson, 53, of Salyersville, is charged with two counts of receiving and one count of possessing child porn.
Jackson was arrested last May following an undercover investigation by the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crimes Branch.
If convicted, he could face up to 20 years in prison.
