Pikeville, KY — Pikeville Police Officers responded to a motor vehicle wreck in the drive-thru at McDonalds Tuesday afternoon that resulted in one person eventually being charged with threatening to kill one of the police officers. According to the arrest citation, 49-year-old Greg Kiser of Pikeville was seen staggering around the vehicle involved in the collision. Upon investigation, Kiser allegedly told officers he had taken an amount of Neurontin. Kiser at that point was arrested for suspicion of DUI and taken to Pikeville Medical Center for chemical tests. Kiser was then taken to the Pike County Detention Center where Kiser threatened to kill one of the police officers. Kiser was additionally charged with terroristic Threatening and Disorderly conduct.
