Williamson, WV — A suspect wanted by the Mingo County Sheriff’s Office for murder has been arrested. According to a statement from the Mingo County Sheriff’s Office, 19-year-old Kalyle “Fresh” Woods was arrested Tuesday by Columbus, Ohio police and United States Marshals. Woods was wanted on a first-degree murder charge in the fatal shooting of 37-year-old Roger Marcum II of Williamson earlier this month on Goodman Hollow Road, just outside Williamson. Woods was also wanted for the attempted murder of Randall Bowen.
