JOHNSON COUNTY, KY.–A Johnson County man is behind bars after being indicted on child sex abuse charges.
According to the indictment, in December of 2016 28-year old Kyle Harless of Booncamp engaged in sexual intercourse with a child less than 12 years of age on two separate occasions. 1st degree sodomy is a class A felony that is punishable by up to 50 years in prison and a 10,000 dollar fine. Harless remains lodged in the Big sandy Regional Detention Center under a 50,000 dollar cash bond.
