Man indicted on charges of sodomy

indictJOHNSON COUNTY, KY.–A Johnson County man is behind bars after being indicted on child sex abuse charges.

According to the indictment, in December of 2016 28-year old Kyle Harless of Booncamp engaged in sexual intercourse with a child less than 12 years of age on two separate occasions. 1st degree sodomy is a class A felony that is punishable by up to 50 years in prison and a 10,000 dollar fine. Harless remains lodged in the Big sandy Regional Detention Center under a 50,000 dollar cash bond.
