LOVELY, Ky. — A Martin County man is behind bars after allegedly taking pictures of a minor. The Martin County Sheriff’s Office responded to a complaint on Little Peter Cave Road after a woman found a topless photo of a 15-year-old juvenile on a cell phone belonging to 36-year-old Paul Douglas Muncy, of Lovely. According to police, Muncy admitted to taking the photo and keeping it for self gratification. Also found on the phone was a video that Muncy allegedly took of a female in a bath tub.

Paul Muncy was arrested and charged with promoting a minor in a sexual performance and video voyeurism. He remains lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
