WARFIELD, KY.– Water service is finally being restored in Martin County, but that doesn’t mean everyone now has water. Instead, as the water begins to flow, it is exposing other problems that couldn’t be seen before.  EKB’s Shawn Allen went to Martin County today to learn about the new problems.
