PIKEVILLE, Ky – Emergency workers face a number of hazards while on the job. One of the biggest can catch them by surprise when working on the side of the road. EKB News Reporter Shannon Deskins has a look at an event today that served as both a memorial for those lost, and an awareness campaign for those still living.
