Thursday afternoon, a medical transport helicopter was forced to make an emergency landing at the Kentucky Enterprise Industrial Park in Pikeville.  Pikeville Fire Chief Patrick Bentley told Mountain Top Media the helicopter was transporting a patient from Corbin to Pikeville Medical Center when a warning light came on, instructing the pilot to land immediately.  The pilot landed safely, and the patient was transported to Pikeville Medical Center via ambulance.
