LOUISA, Ky. — An Ohio woman who was pulled over for having the wrong license plate on her car ended up going to jail when the deputy noticed something in her mouth.
Hope Grissom, 43, of Dayton, Ohio, was pulled over on U.S. 23 in Lawrence County early Saturday morning.
While talking to her, the deputy noticed she appeared to have something in her cheek and asked her what it was. She told him “gummy bears,” but when he looked, he spotted three plastic bags containing meth and heroin.
She now faces charges of trafficking meth, trafficking heroin, importing heroin and numerous other charges.
