PIKEVILLE, Ky. – On Wednesday, Pikeville Police Department Honor Guard members placed wreaths in honor of fallen officers Scotty Hamilton (E.O.W March 13, 2018) and Alonzo Robinson (E.O.W. May 16, 1929). Pikeville Police officials say events like Tuesday’s Police Appreciation ceremony have always been special. However, everything took on a whole new meaning after the tragic loss of Officer Scotty Hamilton in 2018.
