PIKEVILLE, Ky. –  Pikeville City Police say a three vehicle crash on Town Mountain Road Monday morning has claimed the life of a Pikeville woman.  According to a press release issued by the police department, a 9-1-1 call was made at 10:21 am reporting a crash just before Williams Hollow.  Four people were transported to Pikeville Medical Center.  Several hours later, at 7 pm, 62 year old Maybell Tibbs of Dry Branch died from injuries sustained in the crash.  The collision remains under investigation by the Pikeville Police Department.
