SOUTH WILLIAMSON, Ky. — Kentucky State Police is investigating a complaint of two people who allegedly claimed money that had been dropped by another person.

A woman shopping at the South Side Mall dropped a bank envelope containing her monthly bill money inside Bath and Body Works. An employee found the envelope and set it aside for when the owner came back looking for it.

However, a different man and woman claimed the money as their own and took it.

KSP is asking anyone who can identify the people shown in the attached security camera photo to contact them. Callers may remain anonymous.
