A Fedscreek woman was arrested after she was allegedly seen naked on the floor at the Pikeville homeless shelter and she allegedly refused to comply with officers’ commands.
According to the arrest citation, the Pikeville Police Department was dispatched to the homeless shelter in reference to 56-year-old Desarae Clark. Upon arrival, police say they made contact with Clark who kept stating her clothing had listening devices in it and that “they were after her”.
Police state the subject had glassy bloodshot eyes and was talking out of her head and refused to comply with any verbal orders. The arresting officer mentions having to carry Clark to the patrol vehicle because she kept laying down on the stairs and refused to walk.
Desarae Clark was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct 2nd degree, resisting arrest, public intoxication of a controlled substance and was lodge in the Pike County Detention Center.
