Williamson, WV — A Mingo County man is facing charges for possessing real and fake drugs. According to the Mingo County Sheriff’s Office, 34-year-old Justin Gooslin was arrested in the North Matewan area of the county. Gooslin was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, meth and counterfeit controlled substance, meth. Gooslin was also charged with 1 felony county of operating a clandestine lab and 1 misdemeanor county of making threatening or harassing telephone calls. Gooslin is being held in the Southwestern Regional Jail.
