BEVINSVILLE, Ky. — Four people were arrested early yesterday morning, after a search of a Floyd County home turned up drugs, drug paraphernalia and guns.


The search took place at 2 a.m. at a residence in Bevinsville. The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office says during the search, one person ran to a bathroom to try to flush drugs down the toilet, but was apprehended before doing so.
Deputies found meth, crystal meth, pills and marijuana, as well as scales, plastic bags, a gun and money.


Josh Henson, 33, and Andrea Derossett, 30, were both charged with drug trafficking and possession. Henson also faces a charge of tampering with physical evidence.
Tammy Glover, 35, is charged with facilitation to drug trafficking, while Kaitlyn Mitchell, 29, was charged with possession and public intoxication. All four were taken to the Floyd County Detention Center.
