WILLIAMSON, W.Va. — A second person has been arrested in the killing of a Mingo County woman.

Two weeks ago, Chace Michael Prater, 27, of Williamson was arrested on a charge of first-degree murder for the shooting death of his aunt, Teresa Harmon, at her Delbarton home on March 31.

Now, Alex Dewayne Likens, 36, of Ragland, has also been charged with murder in the case.

Authorities have also added conspiracy charges against both men.
